Manufactured to resist fire from 30 minutes to 4 hours this shutter has insulated twin steel skins with fire resistant fire blanket insulation retained within. This will provide insulation for a limited time to allow for escape. Available in powdercoat or plastisol finish to all parts in choice of colours.

Doors can be fitted to brickwork, and blockwork with concrete lintels in the case of 4 hour doors. 2 hour resisting doors can be fitted to insulated and fire protected steel when the steel is fully encapsulated. And 1 hour and less doors can be fitted to timber or metal stud partitioning provided it is one hour fire boarded and adequate supporting frame is provided within the structure specifically for the door. Doors are Automatically operated in fire by simple fusible link or battery supported control systems with warning devices providing optional increasing levels of control and sophistication. All materials can be powder coated in any RAL colour to suit the individual counter type and automatic activation in a fire situation can be via fusible link or fire alarm activated. Optional ATEX compliance is available.
