Hart Door Systems has been active in the Middle East over a wide spectrum of clients both commercial and industrial. In Dubai HDS work with AL-Futtaim group whom actively promote all Hart's Speedor and fire and security products.

An order was sourced through our Dubai agent AL-FUTTAIM involving 60 fire roller shutters with the majority over 7 meters in width and each door weighing over 1 tonne.

The doors were installed at the IKEA store and Hyperpanda hypermarket in the first phase of the Dubai Festival City project. The Ikea store in Dubai is the UAE’s largest Ikea store with an area of 25,400 sq ft and the Hyperpanda hypermarket covers an area of 175,000 sq ft. The 1,600 acres project is on the banks of the Dubai Creek and is the Middle East's largest privately-funded, mixed use real estate project.

The Waterfront Centre retail and entertainment element, where Hart's doors were installed is anchored by 10 large space users let to international brands including the IKEA mega store.
