Hart Door Systems has entered its first contract rental agreement to supply Speedors, together with full maintenance and parts replacement, with payment being spread out over three years.
Three Speedors have been supplied to TRW Systems Ltd of Houghton-le-Spring as replacement doors for existing Speedors which are used within the production process. The doors operate as an important air-lock in one instance and as conventional warehouse ‘goods-in/goods-out’ high-speed doors.
TRW is delighted with the new Speedors which feature variable speed operation. The new Speedors replaced older Speedors each of which had completed between 500,000 and 1,000,000 operations.
