	International Projects














	Hart continue to forge a strong relationship with Edilsystems who are a suppliers of industrial doors and fire protection equipment to various projects predominatly in Italy, where they are based. The latest project was to supply 20 fire shutters to Luqa Aiport in Malta. Hart were asked to produce these shutters on the back of a previously successful project in Italy where we supplied fire shutters complete with drawings, manuals and installation guides in Italian. In addition to the above, we have just supplied some fire shutters that are to be installed at a US Air Base in Italy.

			The latest international order comes from Bermuda. The order consists of one Speedor to be manufactured and shipped over to Bermuda and is to be installed in combination with a roller shutter to one of the Emission testing buildings. Another testing facility is currently in production with the prospect of three more Speedors to make their way over the north atlantic! The initial contact was made by the Director of operations at the Bermuda Emissions control, Mr Ian Hind. Mr Hind was lucky enough to have used Speedors at the Polmadie complex when he worked for Glasgow City Council.

	Hart Door Systems has boosted the international presence of the Speedor range further, with two Speedor Minis being installed at Sayga Flour Mills in Khartoum, Sudan. Hart’s Product Manager, Mike Morley, says Hart was chosen because the company offers a bespoke design and engineering, “along with a genuinely consultative sales process that builds trust. This is why we were chosen to meet the needs of this international client”. In a food processing environment it is crucial to have control of dust, debris and wind. The Speedor Mini provides an outstanding internal seal for high-risk production areas while still allowing access for forklift trucks.
